Total Living Concept uses the following criteria as a guideline to determine eligibility for our contracted support services in South King County:

1. The person must be eighteen years of age or older.

2. She/he is enrolled with the Division of Developmental Disabilities.

3. We are able to develop support that encourages the health and safety of the individual.

4. The person has selected us to provide services.

5. A mutual agreement to provide services in the South King County area.

Getting Assistance
People who do not receive state funded support, or are not receiving an adequate amount of support, are encouraged to contact us directly. Family members or friends can also give us a call.

Individuals who do already receive state funded residential or other support such as attendant care are often referred to us by DDD. Sometimes it is appropriate for these persons to call us directly. When a person is formally referred by DDD we will receive a packet of information to assist in determining eligibility.

We will spend time with the person and their family; sharing about our mission, philosophy and vision; getting to know the person in order to determine whether or not we can safely and effectively support them; and jointly determine whether we are the best option for them.
