Overview
We offer full time, part time, and on call positions. Our direct support positions and schedules will always meet the needs of the people we support, and will include a variety of morning, afternoon, overnight, or weekend shift requirements. It is not uncommon for schedules to periodically change in order to meet the needs of people we support.

We organize ourselves into work teams that support up to 10 people. Each team consists of the direct support professionals and two co-coordinators dedicated to providing the services.

Requirements
Minimum requirements for applicants include a high school diploma or other qualifying documents, successful completion of a Washington State background check, and successful completion of the interview and selection process.
